These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of products sold by Floralize, LLC ("Floralize," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.1 These Terms apply to all sales and transactions made through our website, in-person markets, and direct sales.
1.2 Floralize reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be posted on our website.
1.3 Our products are intended for decorative use only and are not suitable for consumption or use by children without supervision
2. Products & Orders
2.1 Handmade Products – Many of our products are handmade, and slight variations or irregularities may occur. These are not considered defects but rather a result of craftsmanship. We ask for your understanding regarding these natural differences.
2.2 Product Availability – We strive to keep our inventory accurate but do not guarantee the availability of any item. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.
2.3 Price Changes – Prices on our website are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Prices for custom or event-related purchases may differ from our listed online prices.
2.4 Event Purchases – All sales for events or special orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and do not include applicable sales tax, which will be calculated at checkout where required.
3.2 Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, ACH transfers, and digital payment platforms.
3.3 Orders are processed only upon receipt of full payment.

4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Shipping Regions – We currently ship within the U.S. only.
4.2 Processing Times – Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Custom orders may take longer.
4.3 Delivery Estimates – Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by shipping carrier delays. Floralize is not liable for shipping issues once the order has been handed to the carrier.
4.4 Risk of Loss – The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
5.1 Final Sale Policy – Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
5.2 Damaged or Defective Items – If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery at [insert email] with photos of the issue. We will assess the claim and, if applicable, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
5.3 Event Purchases – Products purchased for events or temporary use are non-refundable and non-returnable.

6.1 No Warranties – Floralize makes no express or implied warranties regarding the durability or lifespan of artificial flowers.
6.2 Use at Your Own Risk – Customers assume all responsibility for the placement and use of Floralize products. We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse, improper care, or exposure to extreme conditions.
6.3 Limitation of Liability – Our liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the product in question.

7.1 All product designs, images, branding, and content on our website and marketing materials are the intellectual property of Floralize, LLC.
7.2 Customers may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our designs or content for commercial purposes without written permission.

8.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.
8.2 Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in the courts of Illinois.
